Check-in and check-out times are posted on our website and confirmation emails and may be updated periodically.
Occupancy
Guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy for the reserved room type.
Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests for:

- Unsafe or disruptive behavior
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4. Snowmobile Rentals and Activities
Participation in snowmobile rentals and other outdoor activities involves inherent risks.
By booking or participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You will follow all safety instructions and requirements
- You are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse
Additional waivers may be required at the time of rental.
Daniels Summit is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where required by law.

- Must be presented at time of redemption
